Not at all! Part of our process is helping you uncover your style. We’ll explore moodboards and inspiration together until we find what feels right for you.

Yes. All of our services are offered online. We can work with you remotely using photos, measurements, and video calls.

That’s okay! We tailor your design to your budget. We can create beautiful, functional spaces with affordable options as well as higher-end pieces if you’d like to invest more.

Each package includes a set number of revisions (1 in Essentials, 2 in Elevate, 3 in Signature). This means we’ll refine your design based on your feedback until it feels just right.

At this stage, Oruvell provides design packages only (plans, moodboards, shopping lists, and visuals). You’ll handle the ordering and setup, but our notes and tips make it easy to bring the design to life.

The discovery call is a chance for us to meet, talk about your goals, and make sure the right package fits your needs. The design work begins once you’ve chosen and booked your package.

Optional add-ons (like gallery wall plans, declutter & organise plans, and 3D visualisations) are not available just yet, but will be introduced in the future. If you’d like to be the first to know when they launch, let us know in your enquiry.

We usually begin within 1–2 weeks of your enquiry, depending on availability. This timeline works well for most clients, as it gives time to complete the questionnaire, gather photos/measurements, and feel prepared before design begins.
